Maintenance, Service & Repair
Who do I contact if I have a concern with my vehicle?
Your satisfaction and goodwill are important to your retailer and to Saturn. Normally, any concerns with the sales transaction or the operation of your vehicle will be resolved by your retailer's sales or service departments. The first step is to discuss your concern with a member of retailership management. Normally, concerns can be quickly resolved at that level. To locate a Saturn retailer please visit: click here.
