Dear Stephanie, John Bergstrom is one of our original Saturn retailers and I've known him for years. So it was with an extremely heavy heart that John and his team decided to close Saturn of LaCrosse. I spoke to John personally about your situation and he's already forwarded your service records to Saturn of Appleton and Saturn of Green Bay. So they're prepared to take care of any repairs you may need. If neither of those locations are convenient for you, please visit your nearest Saturn retailer for service.
